Returns Policy _
Items purchased from Gingerlily can be returned within 14 days of receipt of shipment in most cases . _ _ _ _ _ During this period , you can try the product and review it as you would if you were buying something in a physical store . The product must be in the same condition in which you received it and must not be damaged in any way . _ _ You are allowed to remove the product from its packaging , unless it is sealed . _ _
If you decide to return the items , you will need to let us know by completing the returns form on our website , or by using the model withdrawal form below . _
You can return your purchase made online up to 14 days after receipt of the package.
It is possible to return unwanted items to our online store.
RETURN ONLINE
In the event of a withdrawal, the return costs are your responsibility. If you wish to return an item, please contact us by clicking on the attached link: Make a return.
Subsequently, please drop off the package at the nearest La Poste / Colissimo Relay Point. Please note that the package may take 3 to 14 business days to reach our warehouse.
Food products cannot be exchanged for hygiene reasons.

Please note that we do not collect returned items from Points Relais Colis.
The amount of your balance will be refunded to you using the same payment method used during your purchase. The amount will be refunded to you within 5 working days. Once the return has been processed, we will send you a confirmation email confirming your return.
When making a return, you are responsible for properly packaging the item. You bear the risk of the package/items yourself until we have received the package. So keep the postal receipt and any tracking number. If the item was delivered in special packaging, the item must also be returned in its original packaging and intact. Please note that the seal must be intact on care and cosmetic products in the event of a return.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to make a complaint on products that have been personalized by the customer on cut products,
COMPLAINTS
In accordance with the law of sale, you have two years to make a claim on an item. You can make a claim if you notice any defects or shortages up to two years after purchase, as long as these are not due to wear or negligent use of the item.

The claim period is calculated from the day you received the item.
The following types of items cannot be returned:
- Services that have been started with the buyer's consent. such as: Custom-cut products ( ribbons , threads, cords), custom-made products (logo engraving)
- Products that have been custom made to specifications provided by the buyer. such as: jewelry, custom assembly
- Products that cannot be returned after opening for hygiene reasons. such as: Earrings
- Products that are delivered sealed and cannot be returned with a broken seal.
