Track my order
Once your order has been validated, you will receive a confirmation email to the email address linked to your Sézane account.
The delivery time is indicated when placing your order. Depending on the country you are in, delivery times may vary.
You can track the status of your order at any time by following the steps below:
Click on the My Orders tab, then on the number of the order you want to track or on 'Order Details'.
Here are the different statuses that you will be able to see:
Validated: your order is validated, and will soon be prepared in our workshop.
In preparation : your order is being prepared in our Workshop.
Shipped : your order has been entrusted to the carrier, you can follow its progress with its tracking number.
Delivered : the carrier has delivered your order to the delivery address, concierge or selected relay point*.
*It is possible that during peak times of the year, the relay points may be saturated at the time of delivery of your order and that it may be left at another relay point.
By clicking on the 'Track Package' button, you can be redirected to the carrier's page, which will indicate the tracking of your package.
An order to be collected on site will not, however, have carrier tracking: you will receive an email once it is ready to be collected.
During clearance periods, sales or during the holidays, order preparation and delivery times may be slightly longer.
