These silver-plated brass tube crimp beads are essential in the creation of costume jewelry , such as bracelets or necklaces. These silver findings for soft metal jewelry will be used to secure a clasp or connector on a cable or nylon wire. You will be able to hold the beads in place on your DIY creations .
To use them, simply crush them with pliers specially designed for this purpose.
Warning: to choose your crimp beads carefully, check their diameter: the wire must pass through the hole twice!
What are crimp beads used for?
These are small beads that are used to attach the clasp of a necklace or bracelet or to hold one or more beads on jewelry when you want to space them out.
To obtain pretty finishes, we advise you to use pearl covers.
How to use them?
1. Thread beads, for example, onto a wire, then thread a crimp bead.
2. Thread a clasp.
3. Pass the cabled wire through the crimp bead as well as the beads.
4. Crush the crimp bead with suitable pliers sold in our store
5. For a perfect finish, place a crimp bead cover at the end of the pliers and tighten over the crimp bead to hide it.
